What you should know

  • This service translates into English only. We do not currently offer translation into other languages.
  • We accept documents in European languages. Documents in non-European languages cannot currently be processed.
  • We translate one document at a time. Batch submissions are not supported.
  • This is a fully automated service. No human reviews your document or checks the translation.
  • AI translation now delivers reliable results for professional documents. Unlike open-ended AI responses, translation is closely constrained by the source text, which substantially reduces the risk of errors. We recommend treating the output as a reliable working translation rather than a certified one.
  • If your document is legally or financially consequential — a contract, court submission, or clinical document — we recommend having the translation reviewed by a qualified human translator. If you require a certified or sworn translation, we can refer you to one. Contact us.
  • This service does not produce certified translations.
  • Documents that consist primarily of tables, forms, or complex multi-column layouts are not suitable for this service and will be declined at upload.
  • The translated document will be clearly laid out, but will not exactly replicate all original formatting.
  • In rare cases where a document cannot be satisfactorily translated, you will be notified and your card will not be charged.
  • Delivery is usually within a few minutes for shorter documents. Longer documents may take up to 15–20 minutes. If you provide an email address, your document will be sent there on completion.
  • Your document is deleted from our servers within 48 hours of delivery.
  • This service is intended for business use only. By placing an order you confirm that you are purchasing on behalf of a VAT-registered business.
